Return & Refund Policy
We at Make My Games understand the needs of our customers and would like to serve them in the best possible manner. However, there may be certain cases where you would like to return or exchange the product received from us.
Please go through our policy in this regard -
Return
- 1.We only accept returns within 24 hrs of receipt of products by the customers.
- 2.We only accept returns if product is damaged or wrong product delivered by us.
- 3.All products returned must be in original condition, unused and with original attached tags and packaging intact.
- 4.All items will be thoroughly inspected by our technical team before we can proceed further with refund.
- 5.Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the resolution / refund process.
- 6.Shoes must be in brand new condition. You should use the same box to return them.
- 7.Apparel items must be returned unworn and unwashed with the original tags still attached.
- 8.Refund amount will be sent to the original mode of payment or by cheque within 7-10 working days.
Exchange
- 1.We only accept exchange within 48 hrs of receipt of products by the customers.
- 2.We only accept exchange if customer wants to change product size.
- 3.All items must be in original condition, unused and with original attached tags and packaging intact.
- 4.Shoes must be in brand new condition. You should use the same box to return them.
- 5.Apparel items must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags still attached.
- 6.Sale items or items purchased on promotion/offers are not entitled to returns or exchange.
- 7.Service orders cannot return or exchange.
Cancellation
If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, then the payment gateway fees will be deducted from refund amount. In case the product is shipped then the payment gateway fees + all shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount.
Service orders can't be canceled.

1. Refund Eligibility:Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If the app fails to perform as advertised or encounters technical issues that significantly impact user experience.
- Wrong Size Received: In case you receive a product in the wrong size.
- Defective Product Received: If the product received is defective, a video of the unboxing process may be required for verification.
To initiate a refund request, users must contact our customer support team within [24 hours] of the receipt of products by the customers.
Refund requests should include a detailed explanation of the issue and any relevant documentation or screenshots.
3. Non-Refundable Items:Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Subscriptions
- Repair services.
- Tournament fees.
- Court booking.
